Privacy Policy

Bulldog Water is a division of Bulldog Security Services, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through https://bulldogh2o.com, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you book a water test, request a quote or send us a message, we collect the name, email address, phone number, service area, ZIP code, street address (where you provide it) and any message you write. We ask for these solely so we can respond and, where relevant, attend your property.

Referrals. If you refer friends or family through our referral page, we collect your name, email and phone number, plus the names, phone numbers and email addresses you give us for the people you refer. You can also upload contact cards or screenshots of your contacts; we keep those files privately, visible only to our staff. We contact the people you refer only to introduce Bulldog Water, we tell them you sent us, and we stop and delete their details if they ask us to. Please only refer people who you believe would welcome hearing from us.

Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand which pages are visited and how quickly they load. These record aggregate page-level data and do not use cookies to build an advertising profile of you. Our server logs record the IP address of form submissions, which we use for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from bots. Turnstile receives technical signals from your browser to make that determination. See Cloudflare's privacy documentation for details.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not run advertising trackers or cross-site behavioral advertising.
• We do not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers at page load — our typefaces are self-hosted, so visiting a page does not disclose your IP address to a font provider.

How we use it

• To contact you about the request you submitted.
• To schedule and carry out an in-home water test or installation.
• To prepare a quote.
• To reach out to people you referred to us, and to thank you for referring them.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

Who processes it

Form submissions are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and delivered to us by email through Cloudflare. The site is hosted by Vercel. All three act as processors on our behalf. Products we install are manufactured by HomeWater; we share your details with them only where necessary to fulfil a warranty claim, and we will tell you if that applies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. Contact us at jgholson@bdsnation.com and we will respond.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging services for a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
